Council has considered the request for an Extension of Time (EOT). At this stage, as no other requests have been received, the closing date will remain unchanged. Council will continue to monitor any further market feedback and may review this position should additional requests be received demonstrating market constraints.

Council confirms that no tender briefing or formal site inspection will be held for this project. The project sites are located within publicly accessible areas and may be visited by tenderers at any time to familiarise themselves with site conditions. Tenderers are responsible for undertaking their own due diligence in relation to the project requirements, site constraints and existing conditions based on the information provided in the tender documentation and any independent investigations they choose to undertake.
