Question:
There seems to have been lots of work done to date (Current and future state). Did UniSC complete this internally or engage a vendor? If a vendor was used, are they to be excluded from the migration work?

To date, the work has progressed through an iterative, multi-phase approach involving close collaboration between internal resources, the principal and various partners. UniSC’s position is to maintain an inclusive approach moving forward, with no exclusions proposed for any partner or vendor.
