Narrabri Shire Council invites expression of interest from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of Wee Waa’s new Community and Business Centre, located at 75 Rose Street Wee Waa, 2388. Works include a new 600sqm, single story building consisting of a small community kitchen, offices community rooms, public toilets and associated services and landscaping.

This request for Expression of Interest aims to identify capable contractors who can deliver a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective build that meets current and future community needs.

Selected respondents from this EOI process may be shortlisted and invited to participate in a subsequent selective tender process. The intent is to tender a construction contract using the General Conditions of Contract of AS4000-2025 and Annexures and Special Conditions of Contract. This will be defined in the Request for Tender.
