Question:
Hi, below are some questions that will be really helpful for us to get a better understanding of the current myDAS2 system, and the resourcing effort required within the overall remediation scope.

1. Approximately how many templates are there in total (Notice vs Email)?

2. What format are the current templates in - HTML, DOCX, PDF, Appian content, or a hybrid?

3. Are users allowed to upload images to the templates, and are there any size limits / rules?

4. What is the expected volume of reports

5. What is the current retention policy for documents and data?

6. Statutory due date recalculation - Are “public holidays” state-wide only, or location-based (region-specific)?

?7. What is approx count of integrated plugins? used and what are their high level purposes?

8. Are User Personas with their permission matrix identified?

9. Where are attachments currently stored (Appian KC, S3/Azure blob, or another DMS)?

10. Can we please get details on the integration - which systems is Appian integrating with, their API specs and other associated details?

11. Have all legacy DA Appeals records been identified for Data Migration purposes?

12. Are all related child records (attachments, notes, decisions, statuses) also to be migrated?

13. Has field-level data mapping exercise been completed?

14. How long is QITC expecting UAT to run for?

Question:
The Invitation to Offer document states that suppliers are to "complete and return" QITC Schedule 1 – Project implementation and payment plan. However, in the Draft Contract at 1.16. Project Implementation and Payment Plan, under "Specify whether a Project Implementation and Payment Plan is required under the Contract", the response is pre-filled as "No". Which is correct?
