Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ) wishes to establish a new License Agreement for the provision of food and beverage vending machines at various locations across CHQ facilities and community sites. Vending machine products required under this arrangement will be drinks and food with the potential for personal wellbeing supplies. CHQ is looking for a vendor who will supply, stock and maintain these machines.

Notice: Extension of Tender Closing Date

Extension of Time: CHQ advises all suppliers that the tender closing date has been extended to - New Closing Date and Time: 27 February 2026, 2pm

This extension has been granted to allow suppliers sufficient time to review and incorporate the updates issued through Addendum No.3, including the amendments to the Licence Agreement relating to:

-Telemetry and data-access requirements

-VPD, induction, and site-access obligations

All suppliers must ensure their submissions reflect the updated requirements in the addendum.

Clarification Questions: The Clarification Questions period has also been reopened and will now close on 20 February 2026, 2pm

Suppliers are reminded to:

- Download and review all revised documents, including the updated Licence Agreement

- Ensure their pricing, methodology, and compliance responses align with the revised requirements

- Upload complete submissions before the new closing date

Children’s Health Queensland advises that this tender has been withdrawn.

Queensland Health has issued a statewide directive requiring all open tenders to align with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026 and utilise the updated Invitation to Offer templates. Any tender that references previous policy settings or older templates must be withdrawn and reissued in the revised format.

As this tender was issued under the previous policy settings CHQ is required to withdraw the current release and update all associated documentation. The tender will be reissued as a new listing once the revised material has been finalised.
