Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is the Queensland Government’s land use planning and property development agency. We embrace partnerships across government, industry and the community to deliver new residential communities, urban precincts and industrial ecosystems.

Economic development Queensland (EDQ) are seeking to engage an ongoing Property and Facilities Management contractor (PFM contractor) for delivery of the following services at Northshore Brisbane: Property Management including management of commercial, community and activation tenancies, leasing and venue management, and Facilities Management including onsite landscaping, maintenance, waste, cleaning and amenities.

The proposed procurement timeframe for establishment of this engagement leads to formal appointment of a successful PFM contractor in September 2025. This period will allow sufficient time for any required handover and transition.

The term of the engagement will be October 2025 to October 2029 (4 years) which aligns with the majority of leases within the riverfront precinct of Northshore.

The Customer will facilitate a site visit at 2pm through to 3.30pm on the 26th June 2025. The meeting point will be at “The Shed” Dock C, 257 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton 4007.

It is MANDATORY for suppliers to attend the site visit in order to submit an offer.

Suppliers must register to attend this mandatory site visit via email to procurement@edq.qld.gov.au no later than 5pm on the 23rd June 2025.

A maximum of two attendees may attend for each Supplier. The site visit is for the provision of information only. Any questions Suppliers have during or after the site visit, are to be submitted in writing to procurement@edq.qld.gov.au with responses being provided in the form of an addendum published to all Suppliers.
