Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of bus stops and associated pedestrian accessibility upgrades along Burleigh Connection Road and at Varsity Lakes train station.

1. Site 2 - West Burleigh Road, CH 1250 to 1450 (intersection with Dunlin Drive)

2. Site 3 – West Burleigh Road, CH 310 to 440 (intersection with Stanley Street)

3. Site 4 – Reedy Creek Road, CH 3350 to 3560 (intersections with Executive Drive and Southport Burleigh Road)

4. Site 5 – Station Parade existing bus layby adjacent to southbound lane

Note: Site 1 has been removed from the scope of construction.

Tenderers are advised that documents are only available to prequalified contractors approved with TMR to R3, F10, A2 or higher.
