The Department of Education is establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Land Use Planning “Landscans” services. Suppliers will be required to undertake site identification, multi-criteria analysis (MCA), due diligence and planning feasibility assessments, with optional inputs such as urban design massing.
