CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites suitably qualified Contractors to submit tenders for classroom modifications at our Mackay Ooralea campus. The project scope includes construction of a new partition wall, installation of data infrastructure, adjustments to the HVAC system, electrical works and custom joinery. The works must be completed within a fixed delivery period between 6 and 31 October, during which alternative teaching arrangements will be in place to allow for teaching to continue. Tender submissions should clearly demonstrate the Contractor’s relevant experience and capacity to deliver within the specified timeframe.
