Douglas Shire Council (DSC) invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents for the staged condition assessment and investigation of RN148297, refurbishment (if ordered), replacement-bore construction (if ordered), and water quantity and quality testing of the reinstated or replacement bore (if ordered). Portion 1 is the only scope initially awarded. Portions 2, 3 and 4 are separately priced Provisional Work and shall proceed only to the extent directed in writing under the Contract. Permanent equipping is excluded.
