Maranoa Regional Council’s 2026/27 Annual Road Rehabilitation Package aims to restore sections of road pavement that are approaching the end of their service life, have experienced pavement or surface failure, or have become significantly rough. To deliver these works, Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the 2026/27 Road Pavement Rehabilitation Works.

Can Council provide location plans, GIS files, MGA coordinates, chainage plans or any mapping associated with the nominated road rehabilitation sites referenced in Attachment B Scope of Works?

To assist tenderers with understanding locations of each site, see below start chainage reference points for each road – ie CH 0km.

• Blue Hills Road starts at the intersection of Blue Hills Road with Hembrow St, Wallumbilla (formally known as May St)

• Westgrove Road starts at the intersection with the Carnarvon Hwy

• Donnybrook Road starts at the intersection with Bindango Rd

• Westgrove Road starts at the intersection with the Carnarvon Hwy

• Beverley Road starts at the intersection with Mt Saltbush Rd

• Bollon Road starts at the intersection with the Warrego Hwy west of Mitchell

Yes, confirming date for PC is 26/02/2027 for A.1, A.2, A.3 and A.4. Date for PC for Provisional Sites B.1 and B.2 to be confirmed if ordered though will be beyond 26/02/2027.
