Townsville City Council (the Principal) is seeking to establish a register of pre-qualified suppliers to provide schedule of rates for civil maintenance works.

The Principal requires that the successful suppliers be suitably qualified and experienced in civil construction activities.

The Contract will have five Workstreams as follows:

• WS1 – Concrete Works

• WS2 – Pipe Patching and Relining

• WS3 – Masonry Work, Structural Landscapes and other Minor Civil Works

• WS4 – Minor Road Works

• WS5 – Street/Road/Park Furniture, Facilities & Structures

The Contract will have five Workstreams as follows:

• WS1 – Concrete Works

• WS2 – Pipe Patching and Relining

• WS3 – Masonry Work, Structural Landscapes and other Minor Civil Works

• WS4 – Minor Road Works

• WS5 – Street/Road/Park Furniture, Facilities & Structures

Works will be broken down via 5 Workstreams, Suppliers will be required to nominate and price the relevant workstream/s that they are applying for and will only be assessed for those workstreams that they have provided a response for. If a supplier does not provide a response for a workstream they will not be eligible for works within that portion.
