For Part C- 04. Local Content

We employ carpenters and builders and rely on subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and pest control. For glazing, yard maintenance and locksmith work our own carpenters and labourers do this work. So we don't have a qualified locksmith, qualified glazier and qualified structural landscaper employed but we do this type of work ourselves. We work together with a qualified locksmith and glazier when purchasing the materials from them but they do not do the actual install due to the remoteness of our area (Doomadgee and Burketown). How do you want us to fill out 04. Local Content- enter 0 into the mowing, glazing and lockmithing columns or enter 1 Tradesman? In the other pricing schedule we have indicated that we do this type of work in house, not subcontracted. Carpenters are qualified to install door furniture and windows. For mowing and yard maintenance, we do not have any trade qualification but have always done this type of work for Qbuild as we are so remote that no one qualified operates in our area.
