We note that the ITO Response Form at 3.10 Referees requests details of 2 other government customers to which the Supplier has provided Goods and/or Services under the Contract. Please could you clarify if 'the Contract' refers only to other Emergency Services Contracts, or if we are permitted to provide referees from other government contracts we have provided services under nationally.

TMR Reply

The reference to "the Contract" in section 3.10 (Referees) is not limited to Emergency Services Contracts. Suppliers may provide referees from other government contracts under which they have delivered similar or relevant goods and/or services. These contracts may be with Queensland Government agencies or other Australian government entities, provided the referees are able to comment on the Supplier's performance in delivering services comparable to those sought under this procurement.
