It is important to understand that the Tender documents cannot be distributed to individual contractors via email, as the principle of probity in procurement stresses that all potential suppliers must have equal access to materials and information throughout the tendering process.

Consequently, you are required to access and download the tender documents through e-tender.

I have no idea who Julie Gibbs is for a start.

I've also tried to download the documents from etender and encountered the following email response in succession.

1. Your email address is linked to multiple companies in eTender, your usernames for theses companies are:

Company Name Username

TORBAY CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD jsheehan75773

TORBAY CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD JSheehan75763

2. The following user has been issued with a user name for eTender:

User: John Sheehan

Email: john@torbay.construction

This advice is sent to your primary contact email address so that you can ensure that access to the eTender system has been made by a person authorized by you.

....and 3. (Password rest using the above information)

eTender Password Recovery

A request to reset an account password was received by our system. Unfortunately we were unable to find a matching account with the recovery email address used on the e-Tender site.
