Details
Engage a suitably qualified and experienced head contractor to undertake the refurbishment and uplift of the existing office property at Q Block at 203 Tor Street, Toowoomba, which has been dormant for approximately 10 years. The works will prepare the property for occupation and the subsequent delivery of a new office fit-out. The contractor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the required works, trades, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover. Works are to be undertaken on site, with commencement and completion dates to be confirmed through the project program.
