We seek clarification regarding the Vaccination Compliance requirement for this contract. To ensure we fully understand and comply with the condition below:

“All Supplier personnel providing the services are vaccinated. Supplier to ensure personnel records are kept up-to-date with copies of blood level readings with copies provided to the Customer.”

We kindly seek clarification on the following:

1. Could you please confirm which vaccinations are required for personnel delivering the services (e.g. Influenza, COVID-19, Hepatitis A/B, Tetanus, Rabies etc.)? Are there any role-specific or site-specific immunisation requirements?

2. Is there a specific format or template required for providing vaccination records and kindly confirm any additional requirements regarding record keeping.

We appreciate your guidance to ensure full compliance and proper documentation processes are implemented from the outset.

Thank you for your clarification request regarding RFQ DPI26066.

A minimum of two (2) supplier personnel to have, or willingness to obtain vaccination against Rabies for PC3 laboratory access. Vaccinated supplier personnel to provide the Customer’s Facility and Lab Manager with current blood titre levels mandated by Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) to ensure supplier personnel records are update, maintained, and on file.

Regarding consumables pricing, do we quote for per unit(for example air freshener rate for 1 qty and toilet role for 1 packet)

Thank you for your question in relation to RFQ DPI26066.

DPI request that pricing for consumables be provided based on the unit of measure in which the item is supplied. For example, if toilet paper is supplied in a carton, please provide the price per carton. Suppliers are requested to specify the pack size within the description of each item.

1, Can the Customer confirm the total number and approximate square metreage of PC3 areas requiring routine cleaning?

2, Are cold rooms and freezer rooms included in daily routine cleaning, and are there any specific procedural or PPE requirements applicable?

3, Is there any flexibility in the 5:00pm–9:00pm cleaning window, or must all routine services be completed strictly within this timeframe?

4, Can the Customer confirm whether the use of autonomous floor cleaning equipment is permitted in non-laboratory areas, subject to compliance with security and safety requirements?

5, Can the Customer provide estimated historical annual usage data for consumables to assist in accurate pricing?
