Question
:
Good afternoon
Could you please provide the location/ address for where the plants are to be transplanted ?
Answered on 16/Jul/2025 02:23 PM
:
Thank you for your question.
There are two receival sites that have been identified for ant plant translocation – Lot 3 on SP218291 and Lot 4 on SP218291 (as highlighted in the uploaded document - Ant Plant Relocation Site). These sites are approximately 550m east of the existing ant plant locations.
The preferred supplier will work with the Ports North Project Manager to identify suitable host trees in these locations that will maximise the survival rate of the translocated ant plants.
