What the buyer is requesting
Details
The department is seeking to procure a Supplier to provide Property and Tenancy Management (PTM) services and onsite specialist case management support at multiple service locations. These services are:

• Fraser Coast Temporary Supported Accommodation at 5 Rose Street, Pialba

• Ipswich Temporary Supported Accommodation at 39 the Terrace, North Ipswich

The properties will be utilised as Temporary Supported Accommodation (TSA) operating as Immediate Supported Accommodation (ISA) for single adults and adult couples who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness providing 26 places of TSA in the Fraser Coast LGA and 24 places of TSA in the Ipswich LGA.

The department is seeking to procure a Queensland funded Specialist Homelessness Service (SHS) Supplier for each location under the Homelessness Program to fully operate the PTM services and provide the onsite specialist case management support.

The operational model is comprised of two service components:

• PTM services in line with the Social Housing Program Specifications

• TSA services in accordance with the Homelessness Program Guidelines Specifications and Requirements

Note: If the Supplier is submitting an offer for more than one Service Outlet Location, they must provide a separate response to the Evaluation Criteria for each location.
