2 Part E – Variation SOR sheet – base date

The Variation sheet states ‘The base date for the Contract is Q4 2016’.

Please confirm the CPI base date for tendered rates is the quarter published immediately before the Commencement Date.

3 Specification cl. 1.1.1 vs Contract Annexure – option terms

The Specification allows a further three (3) years after the initial term, and the Annexure lists ‘3 x 1 year options’.

Please confirm which applies.

4 Specification cl. 7.1 vs Contract Annexure – payment terms

The Specification states payment within 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice. The Annexure states payment by the last day of the month following receipt.
