Hi,

We noticed that there is a mandatory site visit on May 19th at 9 am mentioned in the "Schedule 1 - Request for Tender". Please could you let us know if there is a registration of the personnel that is to be done prior to the site visit. If yes, what are the details needed, and whom should it be sent to?

Good morning,

As per Schedule 1, the Tender Brieifings are Highly Recommended, and take place on the following days:

Cairns Campus - 12.30pm Thursday 21st May.

Yeinie Building - 3pm Thursday 21st May.

Townsville Campus - 9am Friday 22nd May.

Also mentioned in Schedule 1, please provide details of confirmation and names attending to Hayley Learman at tenders@jcu.edu.au.
