The Department of Primary Industries (DPI), through the National Fire Ant Eradication Program (NFAEP), seeks the provision of cleaning services for six (6) sites for a term of up to 30 June 2026 with a 12-month extension option.

The NFAEP offices that require cleaning services are based at the following locations:

- Berrinba

- Burleigh Heads

- Caboolture

- Laidley

- Mutdapilly

- Wacol

Suppliers can submit an offer for one, multiple or all sites. This RFQ has a mandatory site visit briefing scheduled on Thursday 21 August, Friday 22 August and Monday 25 August. Full details of site visits are outlined within Section 1 of the Request For Quote. Please register for the site visit via email no later than 4:00PM, Wednesday, 20 August 2025 via procurement@dpi.qld.gov.au.
