UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to engage an expert panel of providers experienced in the following:

i. Workplace investigations including bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination and fraud and corruption (including corrupt conduct and public interest disclosures);

ii. Conflict resolution including conducting mediations and facilitated discussion; and

iii. Other workplace relations activities

All providers must be highly skilled and experienced in their relevant area of expertise, be organised, efficient and have proven effective communication skills during interactions with staff, students, the University community and the nominated University contact. Experience within the higher education sector or public sector is highly desirable.
