The Queensland Government is seeking proposals from appropriately licenced building contractors for TOWNSVILLE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, 100 ANGUS SMITH DRIVE, DOUGLAS QLD 4810 to Principal Contractor for Design & Construct of Transit Lounge

All tenderers must hold QBCC Builders Licence.

Professional Indemnity Insurance - $1 million

Public Liability Insurance - $20 million

Pricing 65%, Non Price Criteria 35% (Local Benefits, Spend with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Business, Tenderers Demonstrated Capability and Capacity, Tenderers Nominated Project Team and Critical Sub Contractors, Tenderers Demonstrated Understanding of Project Requirements)

MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING has been scheduled for Monday 27 April 2026. Attendees MUST RSVP no later than 11am, Friday 24 April 2026 to QBuild NQ Tenders - QBuild.NQ.Tenders@hpw.qld.gov.au ensuring attendees’ name and contact phone number is supplied.
