What the buyer is requesting

Details

TMR is seeking a suitably experienced transaction advisor for a confidential rollingstock project. The transaction advisor will be tasked with refining the project’s delivery strategy, developing a transaction strategy and plan, leading the development of all required tender documentation and managing the Registration/Expression of Interest process, including interactions with tenderers and evaluation of all responses.

The initial engagement is for the Readiness for Market phase (indicatively September 2026 – January 2027), with an option for the Procurement phase (indicatively February 2027 – December 2027) included as a separable portion in the Request for Quote documentation. The Procurement phase work scope includes managing the Request for Proposal process, including structured tender interaction and data room management, managing the tender evaluation process and leading the negotiation and contract award strategy and process.

Tenderers must be able to demonstrate experience in similar projects of this nature, including specific capability and experience in rollingstock transactions, and working cooperatively in a team environment with other specialist advisors.

Given the confidential nature of this project, tenderers are requested to complete the attached Confidentiality Deed prior to being issued with the Request for Quote documentation.
