Question:
We acknowledge and appreciate the previous Extension of Time granted for this tender. However, the revised closing date now falls in the immediate week following the New Year break.

The majority of our suppliers and subcontractors will not return until mid-January, and they will require additional time to provide accurate pricing and technical inputs. Given the festive and holiday period, it is not feasible to obtain competitive and compliant quotations within the current timeframe.

Accordingly, we respectfully request a further two-week extension to the tender closing date to allow sufficient time for all parties to prepare a complete and high-quality submission.

Answered on 11/Dec/2025 01:43 PM:

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your question. A further extension is unable to be granted at this time.

The closing date for the Tender remains 2:00 PM (Queensland time) Monday 12 January 2026.

Kind regards

Ainslee
