Clarifying Bump in + Bump out times are:

1. Portable Toilets: Bump in: 9am 31 December Bump out: 9am January 1

2. Portable Lighting + Generator: Bump in: 9am 31 December Bump out: 9am January 1

3. Temporary Fencing: Bump in 12 noon 30 December Bump out: 9am January 1
