We are currently reviewing the following cleaning tenders submitted by Goondiwindi Regional Council:

RFT 2526/115 - Regional Civic Centre & Public Toilet Facility

RFT 2526/116 - Public Toilets, Works Depot & Aerodrome

RFT 2526/126 - Council Chambers - 4 McLean Street

RFT 2526/134 - Cleaning of three Highway Rest Stops within the Goondiwindi Region

To assist with accurate resource planning and pricing, could Council please confirm the approximate building/floor areas (m²) for the following facilities where available:

Council Chambers

Regional Civic Centre

Works Depot office/buildings

Aerodrome terminal/buildings

Any associated public amenities included within the scope

If floor plans or site layouts are available, we would also appreciate copies being provided.

Good afternoon,

With reference to clauses 1.10 and 1.11 of the Tender Documents, GRC recommends submitters undertake inspections of the facilities and make their own determinations of the square meterage and it's affect on planning and pricing.
