Specialist Commercial Office Fit-Out Contractor
Ipswich City Council invites qualified Design & Construct (D&C) office fit-out contractors for a refurbishment and expansion project on Level 8 of the Council Administration Building.
The works will involve reconfiguring existing spaces to deliver nine (9) individual offices, integrated support staff areas, and a mix of meeting rooms.
Key project elements include:
• Western side: Six individual offices with a shared space for seven support staff.
• Eastern side: Three individual offices with support staff space, two small meeting rooms, and one large meeting room.
• Works will be undertaken in a live environment, requiring meticulous planning, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
