1. Please clarify whether tenderers are expected to define custom contamination rate bands within Returnable Schedule 7 for the FOGO trial pricing, or if standard GO pricing bands (0–2%, 2–4%, etc.) apply.

2. Please provide the approximate FOGO trial volumes/frequencies (e.g., expected loads per week) as well as the anticipated start timeframe and required notice period for initiating FOGO trial operations (if known).

3. We request a 3 week extension for the tendering process in order to adequately prepare a high quality, financially viable, and logisitcally sound solution for Council.

A1. Contamination rates these should be based of the Garden Organics contamination rates in the same increments.

A2. The trial is unknown and would only be an approximation based of other trials, the trial is not a definite and is included in the tender should Council make the decision to engage a small trial, Council would look at one thousand (1000) properties collecting once (1) per week for six (6) months, with a notice period of six (6) months lead in time. Approximate estimate of one hundred and eighty-nine (189) tonnes.

A3. Council has extended the closing date of this request to 2pm Tuesday 27 October 2026, (Please refer to Addendum 1).
