Question:
In particular, can you please confirm/provide:

- mechanical services drawings and specification

- A/C equipment schedule, including ratings and locations

- exhaust fan schedule and control requirements

- MSSB details, if applicable

- mechanical plant power requirements, isolators and circuit requirements

- any control wiring/interface requirements

- any equipment supplied by the mechanical contractor that needs electrical connection by us

- any builder/mechanical/electrical scope split for penetrations, supports, access panels and commissioning

- any addenda or mechanical revisions issued since the 50% D&C electrical set

The electrical drawings indicate this is a 50% Design and Construct package, so we want to make sure the mechanical electrical scope, dedicated circuits, maximum demand and generator/load allowances are picked up properly before we finalise our price.

Also, can you please confirm whether further electrical engineering documentation/specifications will be issued after this tender stage or once a preferred contractor is appointed. We understand the current package is D&C, but we cannot locate final details for generator capacity/interface, switchboard requirements, protection requirements, circuiting/circuit protection, maximum demand/loading or final single-line diagrams.

Plant Room Line Marking- The Plant Room data sheet notes that "Pedestrian Safe walk area to be clearly marked around the perimeter." I have been unable to locate a drawing or marked-up plan showing the required line marking layout. Could you please direct me to the relevant document or provide details
