Tender Clarification Request – Schedule 4 Contract

We note that the RFT documentation refers to Schedule 4 – Contract as part of the tender documents. However, we have been unable to locate Schedule 4 within the documents provided on VendorPanel.

Could you please confirm whether Schedule 4 was intended to be included in the RFT package and, if so, provide a copy of the document?

Would it please be possible to confirm whether a tender proposing alternate monitoring methodologies that remain comparable to historic monitoring would be considered?

As outlined in the Seagrass Monitoring Program Plan section of the Scope of Works, any proposed monitoring methodology must align with the existing monitoring framework and produce data that is directly comparable with the historic monitoring record (18 years). For a bid to be confirming, it needs to meet submission points i. - vii in the Seagrass Monitoring Program Plan section of the Scope of Works.

Respondents may also supply an alternative methodology submission (in addition to the conforming bid), which may be considered provided the alternative methodologies:

Align with the objectives and requirements of the Seagrass Monitoring Program Plan;

Maintain comparability with the existing dataset; and

Address the optimisation opportunities identified in the Seagrass Monitoring Program Optimisations document

Would it please be possible to extend the closing date to allow more time to provide a detailed review and response?

Due to critical project timeframes and the need to maintain continuity of the seagrass monitoring dataset and associated monitoring requirements, we are unable to provide an extension to the tender closing date.
