Details
QGAir is seeking quotes for the Provision Helicopter Aircrew Breathing Devices (HABD/EBS) and associated refill solutions to support QGAir rotary wing operations involving overwater tasking.

We are seeking fit-for-purpose, safety-critical, and supportable solutions that meet the functional, safety, WHS, air-quality, training, and sustainment outcomes

This RFQ allows suppliers to submit Quotes for:

a) HABD/EBS units (x 40) only, and/or

b) Refill solutions (x 3) only, and/or

c) An integrated solution covering both components

Refer to the attached RFQ for complete specification and further details
Background information / Compatibility requirements
Details
Suppliers are required to identify and confirm the deliverables associated with their proposed solutions

Where applicable to the scope proposed, deliverables may include:

a) Supply of HABD/EBS units in accordance with the approved specification

b) Supply of refill solution equipment (compressor, breathing air cascade system, or alternative compliant solution)

c) Supply of any associated accessories, mounting hardware, pouches, adaptors, or storage systems

d) Delivery to nominated QGAir bases (as specified in the RFQ)

e) Provision of documentation, including:

o Operator manuals and instructions

o Servicing, inspection, and maintenance requirements

o Warranty documentation

o WHS and safety documentation relevant to the equipment supplied

f) Provision of ground-based training materials and/or delivery of training (where offered), including train-the-trainer arrangements if applicable
