The objective of this procurement is to address the critical service gap in the Mossman/Port Douglas catchment created by the relinquishment of the service provider, while also ensuring that future service delivery is sustainable, culturally responsive, and tailored to the unique needs of the community.

The total estimated value of the funding is $1M to $3M over the life of the contract. The contract will commence 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2030. Please provide a detailed breakdown of your proposed annual budget for the total funding as part of your submission.

Good Morning

Can you please provide clarification in response to the evaluation criteria, on pages 10 to 13 there are 6 weighted criteria areas under Section 1 - '8. Evaluation Criteria' and on page 15 under section 2 - '5. Requirements' there are 5 Criteria questions which don't seem to align to the weighting. Please advise if the criteria response is for both sets of criteria areas or if we only need to respond to section 2 - '5. Requirements within the 10 page limit response?
