RFI 008 - In reference to the provided shutdown schedule and outage information, could you please clarify:

Could you please provide details of how conveyors may be grouped, including which conveyors typically align under the same isolation or outage windows (e.g., during DS1, DS2, DS3, or the orange/purple power outages).

Confirmation if the stated 5 days per month under isolation is generally achievable on grouped conveyors, or if this availability is limited to single conveyors only.

GPC Response:

Q1. See attached (added to VendorPanel) colour coded grouping of the conveyors to link to the outages on the calendar. For example, a B Route outage will give you CC8 and CC8E unimpeded. DS1 and DS2 outages will give you CC8, CC8A, CC8E, CC8F, CC8G, CC19.

Q2. The isolations can be grouped (for example CC8F and CC8G as they are connecting conveyors) but for the purpose of this tender, I would rule it out as we cannot assume you will get them grouped.
