The successful service provider(s) are not required to hold a practising certificate in law, or to necessarily provide legal advice.

The University has an in-house legal team which can arrange for review of any recommendations for change that may carry legal significance

(1) Part B Schedule 2 Insurances/Licences

Details of a licence number and class are required. Can you please clarify what licence this refers to?

(2) Part B Schedule 5 Relevant Experience

This section requests details of relevant work experience in Australia over the last 3 years. One of our team members has highly relevant work experience in Aotearoa (New Zealand) during the last 3 years. Are we permitted to reference this experience in our response?

(3) Part B Schedule 5 Relevant Experience

This section also requests the value of the contract. Could you please confirm whether this refers to:

* the total value or budget of the contract awarded, or

* the individual remuneration or wage paid to the contractor?

(4) Part B Schedule 6 Delivery Timelines

A table to outline activities and dates for completion is included. We have developed a tailored delivery schedule that separately reflects the delivery timelines for Stream A and Stream B. Are we able to insert our own table in lieu of the format provided?
