Details
Barcoo Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to act as the Client-Side ERP Project Manager and Owner's Representative for the implementation of the Civica Authority Altitude SaaS ERP platform. The successful consultant will provide strategic project leadership, contract management, governance, change management, business process improvement, data migration assurance, testing oversight, and go-live support to ensure a successful ERP implementation and transition. The engagement will run from project mobilisation through implementation, stabilisation, and project closure.

Question:
Council has indicated that the engagement is intended to use a blended delivery model, with purposeful onsite attendance aligned to key project stages rather than a routine weekly attendance commitment.

Would Council be open to a proposed lead consultant being substantially or continuously based in Jundah during the implementation, where the consultant considers this would provide greater accessibility to Council staff and improve delivery?

If so, could Council please advise whether suitable workspace would be available for the consultant at Council premises and whether Council has access to, or could assist with identifying, suitable medium- or long-term accommodation in Jundah?

Council is open to a lead consultant being substantially or continuously based in Jundah during the implementation phase where this is considered beneficial to project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and accessibility to Council staff.

Council also has access to accommodation within Jundah and would be willing to make accommodation available to the successful consultant at a subsidised rate, subject to availability and agreement of terms. Further details can be discussed during contract negotiations.

Consultants are encouraged to outline their proposed delivery model, including any onsite presence they consider necessary to achieve the project's objectives.
