1. Details and location of existing plumbing lines:

A map showing all known plumbing services from Pozi has been attached. However, it should be noted that the accuracy of these lines is uncertain, as field staff were recently observed hand-watering the area. This indicates that some of the mapped lines may not be active.

Contractors are therefore required to allow for locating the nearest active plumbing source to service the shelter and include this in their pricing.

2. Proposed location of the tap within the BBQ shelter:

The tap is to be installed at the south-east corner of the shelter, adjacent to the corner post.

This tap will primarily be used by cleaning staff, and it must have a removable top to prevent tampering.

3.Specifications and proposed installation location for the bubbler tap:

The bubbler is to be installed on the path, with sufficient surrounding concrete to ensure compliant DDA access.

Placement should be off the path, approximately 4 metres from the BBQ shelter, positioned closer to the shelter than to the netball courts to minimise collision risks for players.

An example image of the intended placement has been provided, along with the bubbler’s specification details. The bubbler unit is currently stored at Council’s Works Depot.

4. Confirmation regarding supply of tap and bubbler:

Council will supply the bubbler only.

The contractor is to supply the required tap, noting that it must be a tamper-resistant design with a removable top.
