Q1. Are Offerers to bill an hourly rate for a 7.5-hour day or an 8-hour day for a standard day?

Q2. Can Offerers be provided with the Ministerial Directive Motor Vehicle Allowances or applicable conditions for the reimbursement of costs for the use of a motor vehicle?

Q3. Will Offerers be provided will specialised software, ie. project scheduling tools, project controls tools, etc?
