What the buyer is requesting

Details

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of a new AS1428.1 ramp at Shorncliffe State School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works.

The ramp will allow safe student access from GLA’s to the oval. All works are to be completed by December 2025.

The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.

Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request:

• QBCC Licence

• Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract)

• Public Liability Insurance

• WorkCover Insurance
