The Principal is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the supply and delivery at their facilities for a selection of food & beverage products including but not limited to, non-alcoholic beverages, ice creams, confectionary (chocolate, potato chips, lollies etc), hot food products (pies, sausage rolls, chips, nuggets, potato wedges, hash browns, pastries). Council would like to consider a mixture of over counter and vendor machines. This tender will be in separable portions and respondents may tender part portions or all portions.

Brolga had 35,000 visits during 2024/2025. The Aquatic centres and Wetside had collective 335,140 visits at these facilities in 2024/2025. Peak periods for this service include weekends, school holidays and between the months of October and April annually.

Council will choose a successful contractor, and which products council sells at its venues and assess each product on its suitability, price, popularity and profitability.

This invitation to offer is in separable portions. The Principal may only award any portion depending on funding availability. The Principal requires the tenderer to price all portions or part portions and also provide a discount if awarded all portions in one process.

The Principal may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.
