Details

The scope of works for the Cedar Party Recreation Reserve Multipurpose Building includes a comprehensive range of tasks designed to deliver a durable, low-maintenance, and visually appealing facility that meets community needs. The new multipurpose building will include a combined accessible toilet and shower, two ambulant toilets and one shower, handwashing facilities. The building will manage water and sewer via a new pump out Onsite Sewer Management System (OSSM) the installation will be managed by MCC in conjunction with the contractor. A 1.6m wide full veranda allows all weather connectivity from the inside out and provides shade for spectators. The building Interior works will feature the installation of ceiling fans, gyprock painted walls, epoxy flooring, glass windows with security mesh, timber doors, wash basins, servery roller shutter door and down lights. The storage room will include a timber door, roller door, fixed vent louvers and down lights. Two accessible car spaces allow access straight onto the covered veranda. The contractor must ensure all fixtures and fittings are installed as per the finishes and fixtures schedule to achieve the desired functional and aesthetic outcomes.
