Childers Service Centre Heritage Fence Restoration and Repainting

The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the restoration and repainting of the existing heritage-listed masonry and ironwork fence at the Childers Service Centre.

Work will need to be completed by the 31/05/2027

Council will host a non-compulsory site inspection on Tuesday 20/10/2026 at 9.30am for 1hr at the Front of Childers Service Centre, 45 Churchill Street, CHILDERS QLD 4660. Attendance at the site inspection is optional. Contractors wishing to attend the site inspection, must confirm their attendance via Vendor Panel. Register your interest by Friday 16/10/2026 5.00 pm via Vendor Panel. All site visit enquiries and arrangements shall be managed through Vendor Panel only.
