The concept is at scale of 1:100 at A3.

Measurements can be confirmed at the site inspection.

Question:
1- Can you provide on the concept layout – Version 1 which of the partitions will be Glazing.

2- Which of the partitions and doors will restricted access rooms – as they specify “Arma Clear Physical Glass” or equivalent.

3- Which will be the reception area, as they specify “Arma-Clear Physical Glass” or equivalent.

4- Which will be standard partitions and doors as they specify standard “8.38mm Clear Laminate Glass”

5- Will there be any Glazed doors only – and which room will it be classed under to nominate the glass type.

6- Is any of the external glazing being replaced.

1. Question: “Can you provide on the concept layout – Version 1 which of the partitions will be Glazing.”

Answer: There are no requirements for partitions to be glazing. Refer to Appendix B and the Fitout Brief for partition requirements.

2. Question: "Which of the partitions and doors will restricted access rooms – as they specify “Arma Clear Physical Glass” or equivalent.”

Answer: Glazing is not required in the doors of this office.

3. Question: “Which will be the reception area, as they specify “Arma-Clear Physical Glass” or equivalent.”

Answer:
The reception area is the room with two seats near the meeting room and was clarified as to which door was an automated

door on site. The reception counter requires glazing as outlined in the Fitout Brief. Refer to Appendix B for general elevations.

4. Question: “Which will be standard partitions and doors as they specify standard “8.38mm Clear Laminate Glass””

Answer: There are no requirements for glazing partitions.

5. Question: “Will there be any Glazed doors only – and which room will it be classed under to nominate the glass type.”

Answer: There are no requirements for doors to be glazing.

6. Question: “Is any of the external glazing being replaced.”

Answer: This is at the Contractor’s discretion.

Question:
Can you confirm what floor coverings are to be laid within the wet areas i.e.; kitchen, bathroom & data/storage room?

Are they all to be as per item FF1 on the schedule or will the kitchen & data/storage room be general areas (FF2)

FF2 for general (kitchenette and store)

FF2 for wet areas, being, shower and toilet areas.
