Toowoomba Regional Council is the local government authority for an area extending from the city of Toowoomba to the east, the townships of Millmerran in the west, Clifton in the south and Yarraman to the north.

The buyer has elected to have their personal and contact details hidden. These details will be revealed at the buyers discretion.

The purpose of this tender is to establish an approved list of suppliers for the supply and delivery of automotive workshop supplies, tools and consumable items to maintain & repair fleet assets and operate council’s workshops. Council is seeking competitive rates and a high standard of service covering the life of the contract. Council may “refresh” the register of pre-qualified suppliers on a quarterly basis to allow suppliers to be added or removed from council’s register.

This is a fixed catalogue less discount contract. Suppliers (including trade and industrial accounts) are to provide a percentage discount off current catalogue or trade pricing.

Council reserves the right to verify pricing at any time through reasonable benchmarking, market comparison, or supplier substantiation, including catalogue pricing, trade account pricing, or cost verification where cost-plus arrangements are applied.

Council does not guarantee any minimum or maximum purchase quantities under this arrangement.
