Ballina Shire Council is located on the New South Wales Far North Coast, 770 kilometres north of Sydney and 190 kilometres south of Brisbane. The Shire, an area of 484 square kilometres, is set amongst a picturesque rural-coastal landscape and enjoys a temperate to mild subtropical climate.

The Shires resident population is approximately 45,000 with major service centre Ballina servicing the major townships of Alstonville, Lennox Head, Wollongbar, and Wardell. As well as a number of smaller villages and localities including Cumbalum, Teven, Tintenbar and Knockrow.

Ballina Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably experienced Contractor for the Lindsay Avenue Sewer Pump Station SP2402 Augmentation.

Tenderers should note that there will be a pre-tender meeting held on-site at 10am AEDT Tuesday 20 October 2026. Attendance by tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory. Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend will be passed over.
