Design and Construction of Incoming Power upgrade Works at Lawson Swim Centre.

Council will conduct a compulsory Site Inspection for Tenderers to be held as follows:

Time: 10:00am

Date: 11 June 2026

Location: Lawson Swim Centre, St Bernards Drive, Lawson NSW 2783.

Attendance is compulsory for Site Inspection. Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to attend this briefing.

This upgrade includes:

• Complete substation replacement (750kVA transformer assembly)

• High and Low Voltage switchgear

• New earthing system

• HV and LV cable jointing

• Installation of new 500 Amp underground mains

• Replacement of the existing Main Switch Board

• New compliant metering

• Endeavour Energy approvals, permits and commissioning.

Tenders that exceed available funds may not be further considered and all submissions are subject to best vaue for money assessment.
