Rockhampton Regional Council requires a contractor/contractors to undertake the Bitumen Reseal Program 2025/2026.
The contract is for the spraying of bituminous surfacing and has been separated into three (3) portions:
- Urban Central Reseal Program
- Urban West Reseal Program
- Rural Reseal Program
Tenderers may offer for one or more portions. Portions may be awarded to separate Contractors.

Good Morning
Can you please check the Tende Schedule of Rates Excel Spreadsheet provided in the tender documents.
There seems to be a number of errors in the schedule in the description wording, type of Bitumen and quantity.
Urban Central Reseals
Item 4 references adhesion agent in the C170 item, presume this is just a typo ?
Adhesion agent to be removed from this description as it is a separate item ? or please advise.
Urban West Reseals
Item 3 - confirm Bitumen type - presuming this is meant to be S35E ?
Item 4 - refers as adhesion agent - should be C170 as adhesion agent separate item.
Item 5 - should be adhesion agent not cutter description as cutter is a separate item.
