Question:
Can you please advise if the intent is to appoint a single Delivery Partner, or to appoint multiple Delivery Partners?

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:39 PM:

The intention is to engage a single Delivery Partner however this will entirely be determined once GIICA has an opportunity to critically evaluate the market's capability to respond to the RFT.
04/Aug/2025 02:38 PM
Question:
Can you please confirm the Delivery Partner role will be the engagement of a single group or consortium, and GIICA do not intend to award multiple Delivery Partners.

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:43 PM:

The intention is to engage a single Delivery Partner however this will entirely be determined once GIICA has an opportunity to critically evaluate the market's capability to respond to the RFT.

Question:
Good Morning All,

Can you please advise if the preclusion clauses will extend out to other Olympic roles in market or coming to market under Department of State Development.

Thank you.

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:44 PM:

GIICA are not in a position to provide a position on how DSDIP may view the role of the Delivery Partner for the Authority Venues and how it may impact other future Olympic roles they may bring to market.

Question:
Thank you for the opportunity.

Could you please provide the respective weightings for the four evaluation criteria listed in Annexure A—Invitation Form, 1A.9 (c)?

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:51 PM:

No, this is not able to be provided.
06/Aug/2025 03:25 PM
Question:
Thank you for the opportunity.

We note Planning and Approvals is not nominated as a Scope of Service under section 2.1 of the Delivery Partner Invitation for Expressions of Interest. Could you please confirm if the services form part of the Delivery Partner scope.

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:52 PM:

Yes, Planning and Approvals management is intended to form part of the Delivery Partner scope.
06/Aug/2025 03:28 PM
Question:
Thank you for the opportunity.

Per Response to Evaluation Criteria, 1A.9(a), could you please confirm that the “multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs” are to be within the last 5 years? However, where an Applicant has Games or other Major Event program experience, this can be outside of the 5-year threshold. Please advise.

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:54 PM:

The Evaluation Criteria in 1A.9(a) is clear.
06/Aug/2025 04:09 PM
Question:
Q. is it possible to respond to the Annexure A selection criteria response, 1A.9 Response to Evaluation Criteria, in a separately uploaded attachment? By writing in the document "Refer to the Annexure A - 1A.9 Evaluation Criteria Response attachment"

Q. Is it possible to upload an additional attachment (to the selection criteria responses) such as an Organisational Capability Brochure?

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:55 PM:

"Q1. This is acceptable provided the stipulated page limits are adhered to.

Q2. A Respondent may choose to upload additional attachments however only the information provided in response to Annexure A - 1A.9 Response to Evaluation Criteria will be considered in GIICA's assessment of the EOI responses received."
08/Aug/2025 03:42 PM
Question:
I refer to Addendum 2 just posted.

It would appear that GIICA intended for this Addendum to be posted to VP471336 (ROI for Design and Delivery), not here on VP471715 (EOI for Delivery Partner).

Please advise.

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:56 PM:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this has now been corrected.

Question:
Good Afternoon,

We note Addenda #2 was issued on 08/08/2025.

We have not received Addenda #1 via the Vendor Panel Portal. Can you please confirm if there has been an Addenda #1 issued or if the numbering was an administrative error?

Thank you.

Answered on 08/Aug/2025 04:22 PM:

Thanks for letting me know, I have now added Addenda #2 to the ROI.

Excited to see this opportunity come to market.
