Provision of a M365 Information Governance Solution is required to address any records management limitation within the Microsoft ecosystem, as well as backups and automation, to ensure the delivery of compliance, alignment with legislative and governance requirements, frameworks and standards. The high-level scope of this Solution, includes the following:

- Records Capture & Classification - Automation. Reduced costs via storage optimisation.

- Records Retention & Disposal - Workflow automation and audit trails.

- Records Integrity & Maintenance - Automated lifecycle and compliance monitoring.

- Dashboards, analytics & reporting to manage compliance and optimise savings.

- Records Discovery Use & Sharing - Comprehensive discovery tools.

- Backup and recovery - Automated backup and recovery of M365 Information

The initial term of this Contract will be for a period of 5 years, with 2 x 12 month extension options.
